EscrowPK Workflow, Step 8: Releasing Funds to the Seller

By the EscrowPK Team · 2026-07-29 · 4 min read

This is the moment the entire workflow has been building toward: the seller actually gets paid. This is Step 8 of our EscrowPK workflow series.

When does the seller receive their funds?

As soon as the buyer confirms delivery, the deal moves to released status and the seller's payout — the deposited amount minus the platform's escrow fee — is processed through EscrowPK's settlement system.

How does the seller actually receive the money?

Payouts go to the seller's verified bank account or mobile wallet on file, the same one checked during identity verification back in Step 1 — so there's no last-minute back-and-forth about where funds should go.

Does the seller get the full deposited amount?

The seller receives the deposited amount minus EscrowPK's escrow fee, which is disclosed upfront before the deal is even created — so there are no surprise deductions at payout time.

That's the complete happy-path journey from registration to payout — but deals don't always go perfectly straight, which is why the last two articles cover changes and disputes. List your first deal on EscrowPK.com today.
