EscrowPK Workflow, Step 7: Confirming Delivery

By the EscrowPK Team · 2026-07-29 · 4 min read

The seller has shipped — now it's the buyer's turn to close the loop by confirming what actually arrived. This is Step 7 of our EscrowPK workflow series.

What does confirming delivery actually involve?

The buyer checks the item or service against what was agreed in the deal and marks it as delivered on EscrowPK.com once they're satisfied. This single action is what tells the platform the transaction went as promised.

What if the item doesn't match what was agreed?

The buyer isn't forced to confirm delivery if something is wrong — instead, they can raise a dispute, which pauses the release of funds and starts EscrowPK's structured resolution process, covered in the final article of this series.

Is there a time limit to confirm delivery?

Confirming promptly keeps a deal moving smoothly for both sides, since the seller's payout is tied to this step — but if there's a genuine problem, disputing rather than silently ignoring the deal is always the right move over letting it stall.

Confirming delivery is what finally unlocks the seller's payout — the very next and final routine step. Buying something online? Create the deal on EscrowPK.com first.
