EscrowPK Workflow, Step 4: Depositing Funds Into Escrow

By the EscrowPK Team · 2026-07-29 · 4 min read

Acceptance is the agreement — the deposit is where the buyer's money actually becomes protected. This is Step 4 of our EscrowPK workflow series: getting funds into escrow safely.

Where does the buyer's payment actually go?

It goes into EscrowPK.com's secure, segregated escrow account — never directly to the seller's personal bank account or wallet. The buyer deposits the agreed amount plus the small escrow fee via bank transfer or a mobile wallet like EasyPaisa.

Is the deposit released to the seller right away?

No — deposits are held, not released, until EscrowPK verifies them. This is a deliberate pause built into the workflow: it's what stops a seller from shipping — or a scammer from claiming a fake deposit — before the money has actually and verifiably arrived.

What if I only pay part of the amount?

Partial deposits are tracked against the deal, and the seller isn't cleared to ship until the full agreed amount — including any approved change to the amount — has been deposited and verified.

Once the deposit is in, the next stop is verification — the step that actually clears the seller to ship. Ready to fund your first protected deal? Get started on EscrowPK.com.
